  If I could, I'd give zero stars. The place was not busy at all, but it took my server forever to come and get my order. My appetizer was delicious, that is the only good thing I have to say about my experience here. I always order a bacon burger and I have to have the meat so incredibly well done that it's almost a hockey puck and extra crispy bacon. I can't eat burgers otherwise. So, I was incredibly displeased when my burger came and it was bleeding and mooing. My server was nowhere to be found, I had to ask a different server for my server. I explained the problem to the young man who told me that they would be making me a new burger and that the manager would come over to talk to me. The manager never showed up and they didn't make a new burger, they just took the old one and put it on the grill for a while longer. I have never before had this kind of crappy service, ever. Quite frankly, I will not be going back to this Chili's ever again. And I will be telling my friends about it.

  I met a friend I hadn't seen in a very long time. We took up our servers table for about 3 1/2 hours. She was just kind and thoughtful. We hope we took care of her well for she could have turned this table a few more times. So thank you.
