  Keep giving this place a chance and now I just ordered a medium coffee black. Simple right? Was asked if I wanted it hot and 1/2 mile away from drive thru I took my first sip of lukewarm cold coffee. Like it had been just sitting on counter at room temperature. I just tried calling twice and phone just rang. Won't ever go again...

  Ordered dark roast, got to the window and noted dark roast was not checked on the side of my coffee cup, asked the guy at the window about it, he assured me that it was dark roast, got to work and took my first sip . . . not dark roast. Next time, person at the window got indignant when I insisted on making sure it was dark roast (wasn't marked dark roast). Other occasions, ordered muffins, got to window, was told they didn't have the variety I ordered, changed to bagel, had to pull ahead and wait -- would have been nice if they hadn't taken an order for something they didn't have so I could change my order immediately while I waited in line before getting to the window.
